Business Development Associate
We are looking for an ambitious and committed Business Development Associate to help us on our Business Development functions. This position will support the Business Development team’s efforts to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will be a key member of the team at the front of the company and will have the dedication to learning and follow-through on an effective sales strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or anticipating clients’ objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with our business partners and clients
• Managing our marketing channels including Self Medias and Google Ads
• Ad-hoc sales reporting analysis
• Performing marketing data analytics to optimize business development strategy
• Tackle ambitious plans and targets with passion and a can-do attitude
• Assisted with preparing marketing materials
Qualification and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Sales and marketing experience preferred
• Social media marketing experience strongly preferred
• Student organization experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge in Excel, Photoshop, SEO
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate, start-up environment
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
